Fact signals only.
BastionLog shows source-backed facts and collection gaps. It does not make decisions for you.
Full disclaimer
BastionLog presents fact logs collected from public sources. Each fact carries a source URL and ISO 8601 timestamp; status labels are objective query logs of underlying data sources, and the platform does not make any subjective judgment or credit endorsement regarding the counterparty's commercial conduct. Trade decisions based on these logs are made at the customer's sole discretion; they do not constitute a due-diligence deliverable, investment advice, or compliance judgment. BastionLog is operated by AlphaDelve Tech Limited.
Terms of ServiceDigital Footprint Temporal Logging (DFTL)
Build a sourced, time-stamped, portable fact log for every cross-border B2B trade.
Trade decisions need demonstrable facts, not unverifiable judgments.
Look up any company now — then keep it monitored for changes — plus a suite of cross-border trade tools.
How it works
From documents to a portable fact log
-
Free document extraction
Upload invoices, bills of lading or registry files — counterparty fields are extracted automatically, free.
-
Asynchronous change detection
Subscribed companies are re-checked periodically; only field-level change facts are recorded — field, old value, new value, time, source.
-
DFTL fact log generation
A source-backed, timestamped counterparty fact log — portable and reproducible as web and PDF.
Cross-border trade toolkit
One workspace, many trade checks
Beyond the company fact log, BastionLog bundles focused tools for everyday cross-border trade — each returns sourced, timestamped facts, never a verdict.
- Account-Change Check (S1) A 60-second cross-check before you wire to a changed supplier account (BEC scenario).
- BIC / IBAN Check Normalize a BIC or IBAN and read its structural facts — bank, branch and country — from directory data.
- Maritime Vessel Lookup Search a vessel and its inspection-count facts from USCG PSIX, surfaced alongside linked entities.
- Domain / Email Signals Read domain age, certificate and archive facts, plus MX/SMTP reachability — collected with a full log.
Every fact, with its source and timestamp
BastionLog collects observable counterparty footprints from public sources — identity, digital presence, reputation, and linked entities. Every fact carries a source URL and an ISO 8601 timestamp. Customers may verify, archive, and share it with banks or internal risk teams; judgment remains with the customer.
Unlike a general-purpose LLM report, BastionLog does not generate unsourced claims, issue scores, or make decisions for the customer. Unlike traditional due-diligence services, it is pay-per-use, has no minimum spend, and produces reproducible results.
Side-by-side comparison
| BastionLog | General-purpose LLM | Traditional due diligence | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Source traceability | Every fact is tied to a public source URL with an ISO 8601 timestamp. No un-sourced claim is published. | Claims may be invented, outdated, or unverifiable | Authoritative, delivered as a project report |
| Decision labelling | No overall pass / fail, no scoring band, no traffic-light signal. Three labels only: Log Found / Log Not Found / Source Unavailable. | Often outputs conclusions and recommendations directly | Delivers professional judgment and opinions |
| Price & access | Pay-per-log via Credits. Full fact log 150 Credits (≈ $15 promo, list $19); single lookup 40 Credits (≈ $4); document extraction free. No subscription. | $20 / month subscription, whether used or not | Hundreds of dollars per project, long turnaround |
| Reproducibility | Dated PDF with raw field values, source URLs, and audit-trail entries. Re-running the same query yields the same factual record. | Same question, different answers | Manual workflow, hard to reproduce |
Four source tiers — honest about the hardness of every fact
-
Official registryNational official APIs or open data[Log Found]
-
Market referenceLegitimate business directories and yellow pages, labeled “Non-official · Market Reference · Source · Date”
-
Digital / market footprintDomain, SSL, sanctions, breach, trade, and reputation traces — collected globally
-
Honest absenceOfficial registry not yet connected, or source currently unavailable — explicitly labeled. No invention, no concealment.[Source Unavailable]
Absence does not mean no value. Global footprint dimensions continue to run even when an official registry is not connected.
For your AI assistant
Cross-check this report with your AI
Our position: the AI does not render an overall pass / fail. Paste the prompt below into your AI assistant (ChatGPT / Claude / Perplexity) and let it open each cited source URL and compare the field values one fact at a time. You review the per-fact comparison yourself.
Suggested prompt for ChatGPT / Claude / Perplexity
You are a careful reader. For each fact in the structured fact log I will paste below, open the cited source URL on the publisher's website and report back: (1) the source URL exactly as printed, (2) the public record you reached, (3) the field values visible on that public record. List the facts one by one — do not render any match / mismatch / pass / fail / verified / unverified judgement on whether the values agree. I will compare them myself.
The report itself lists facts and source links only, with no judgement attached. Treat your AI assistant's per-fact field values as the cross-check surface; your final call stands.
Built for B2B trade practitioners
BastionLog is built for B2B cross-border trade practitioners: traders, forwarders, buyers, and risk or compliance support staff.
The platform is a trade-decision reference tool. It does not replace legal, financial, or compliance professional judgment, and it is not a KYB or compliance-audit deliverable.
